Samanchai (Sam) from Thailand, has worked in quality 5-stars hotels in Bangkok Thailand for 10 years. The last position before coming to the UK was “The International Assistant Culinary Manager” at The Pan Pacific Hotel in Bangkok. Since packing his bags with his wife, destiny has landed him in England where he has worked as a Head chef Cooking Thai Food in Yorkshire for over 15 years.
At Thai Style, Sam, specialise in Business management as well as commanding the kitchen Sam, cooks Stir fry dishes, fry rice & fry noodles dish with his own special recipes.
Nattaya (Nat), has similar experience and has worked along with Sam until now. Passion for food carving, Nat won first prize in a Thai food and vegetable carving competition in Bangkok in 1995.
At Thai Style, Nat, specialise in Thai salad, soup, starters, and curry with her own special recipe.
First opened in Halifax, Broad Street, since 2004, Sam and Nat decided to relocate Thai Style in 2014 to HX1 5DT, our current home for authentic Thai food. We try our best to keep this placed running smoothly and up to the modern day but as a family run certain things, we cannot afford so we try our best to make Thai Style look good from the inside and Thailand wooden style interior.
Thai Style have own recipe for each dish to keep the original Thai taste till this day.
This restaurant is run in Sam & Nat own style, which keeps the original Thai recipes.
